Project Overview:
This transportation project involved the export of a 40’ catamaran from Shenzhen to Singapore, covering the entire process from loading at the factory to water discharge in Singapore, with all lifting equipment arranged by our team. Due to the catamaran's height, which exceeded standard transportation limits, we arranged a low-bed trailer to ensure it could safely clear height restrictions, successfully reaching its final destination in Singapore.
Project Highlights:
· Customized Equipment and Solutions: To accommodate the catamaran’s height, we specifically arranged a low-bed trailer to meet transportation needs and ensure safety. Additionally, all lifting equipment was arranged by our team.
· Seamless End-to-End Transportation: We provided the client with a one-stop solution, handling everything from factory loading to final water discharge. Leveraging our extensive experience and professional team, we ensured the smooth and secure progression of each phase.
Work Details:
· Lifting and loading in the factory
· Transportation using a low-bed trailer
· Lifting operations
· Lashing and securing
Project Challenges:
The primary challenge of this project was the catamaran’s excessive height, which required a low-bed trailer to navigate both road and port height limitations. In addition, the port operations involved multiple lifting and loading steps, making the safety and efficiency of each stage crucial. We closely coordinated with all parties involved. Ultimately, we overcame these challenges to ensure the yacht’s safe and timely arrival.
